We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can create effective marketing materials for e-commerce business, including emails, social media posts, forms, and creating campaigns.
Job Description:
CRM Management:
Develop strategies to manage customer relationships through personalised marketing, loyalty programs, and targeted communications designed to retain customers and increase their lifetime value.
Ideally, the person who fills this role should be able to write content (the email, the text for different campaigns, etc), give designers a brief and approve the graphics.
Social Media Management:
Driving Traffic: Social media marketing, email marketing campaigns.
Content Creation:
Social media experience/ability to write content for - small posts/messages/CTA's/Forms, reach out to customers via direct (Instagram) or comments on LinkedIn/Instagram/FB.
Manage and monitor reviews (positive/negative) across the platforms. Gather reviews and create the forms. If there is a complaint or bad review, immediately reach out to the customer service manager.
Analytics and Data Analysis:
Using analytics tools (Google, HubSpot) to track the performance of marketing campaigns and the overall website. Analysing data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to improve future marketing efforts. Give the brief for HubSpot manager what kind of dashboards to create.
Market Research:
Conducting research to understand customer behaviour, preferences, and trends.
SEO Content Alignment and Collaboration:
Check all the SEO blogs (copywriter creates those) and create the briefs / check the brief for graphics designers. Make sure that the text and graphics match.
Develop and manage budgets for ads, ensuring that all activities remain within budget.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of proven experience working in Digital Marketing.
Thorough understanding of marketing elements
