- Responsibilities of an Marketing Manager
Manage and Create Online Marketing Strategies that would best fit the Company products and services to achieve higher sales
- Manage a team of Marketing Staff and Specialists in Execution of Marketing Strategies
Manage general online marketing initiatives, which could include SEO, social media, and promotions- Work with management to support the company's social media strategy as applicable
Work with management and marketing staff to manage the execution of the company's blog(s) by managing the technology tools utilized to produce the blog(s)
- Work with product, marketing, and sales leaders to develop and shape campaign themes and strategy on a multi-quarter basis
Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors that contribute to online marketing and demand creation programs including direct marketing agencies, search engine optimization (SEO) experts, designers, copywriters, email providers- Develop website team and resources to ensure that site traffic can be converted into known leads through a best-in-class online experience
Develop and execute new email marketing and social campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of marketing strategy for the selling team
Analyze and report marketing campaign metrics- Coordinate the execution of webinars, measure and optimize their impact
Work with selected set of sellers to help them grow sales
- Expand knowledge of basic online marketing tools, trends and best practices
Monitor demand programs with management, to recommend changes and improvements for increased performance- Propose designs, Design Marketing tools for Marketing Strategies and Conceptualize Campaign for Reels, Online Videos and similar methods
Propose Changes depending on Market Trends for Designs of Business Cards, Letter Head, Catalogues, Leaflets, and other Marketing paraphernalia
- Maintain Sales Force campaigns to track leads generated from outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, and upcoming events.
Supervise & Manage a Marketing Team to achieve best possible results
- Qualifications for an Marketing Manager
Background in online retail & marketing is preferred- Background in Google adwords, Carousel, other SEO Platforms.
Background in Creation of Marketing Campaign
- Strong decision quality and problem solving
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, IT or related field is a Plus- Minimum (1) year related experience in online marketing, journalism, or social media
Working knowledge of key social platforms (Facebook Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada and Snapchat) and reporting tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics )
- Knowledge of mobile media, affiliate marketing, display media, native advertising and the Facebook advertising platforms
Knowledge in Photoshop, Corel, HTML, Microsoft Excel, Excel, Experience with A/B SEM, SQL, Traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape, CSS, Facebook campaign management tools, MS AdCenter is a plus
