Digital Marketing Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Administration or Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economic, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or any related field. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising/Media/PR, and/or Marketing in the BPO industry. Proficiency and experience in Digital channels (Meta, Google, Etc.) Comprehensive knowledge and keyboard experience in campaign management in both organic and paid channels (SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, A/B Testing, etc.). Proven track record of growing conversion volume within cost per acquisition target, paid channels outside of FB and Google.

Professional Competencies:

Analytical with a passion for measuring data. Experience in SEO and SEM strategy and keyword search. Applied experience in website analytics tools, in-depth knowledge of current digital trends. Social media savvy, with understanding of staying on top trends, strong sense of creativity, analytics of client metrics, and reporting. Data fluency: Google Analytics, Excel (pivot table, vlookup), Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Search, Google Display certification is desired. Experience in working cross-functional teams and project management, competing deadlines. Problem solving, project management and data skills. Managing a team of digital marketers.

WORK EXPECTATIONS

The Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to drive usage, lead generation and conversion on the online platform of BIG Outsource, drive client acquisition, and achieve marketing goals. The role is key in developing and implementing competitive and relevant digital marketing strategies and campaigns all year round.

Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for BIG Outsource, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to support Business Development.

Establish and execute digital marketing strategy to distribute content.

Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain BIG Outsource's digital presence.

Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.

Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing and optimize user experience.

Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of digital funnel from platform traffic, lead generation, application to conversion, encompassing strategy, design, and implementation of initiatives on digital mix, digital customer journey, testing and targeting, and performance.

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Oversee digital marketing content creation and campaigns, implement competitive strategies for distribution and placements across digital channels including social media, websites, lead generation, and ads. These include programs in social media marketing, SEO, search engine marketing, email marketing, and paid ads.

Oversee, strategize, and manage customer journeys on websites, social platforms, and other active channels.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital platforms, marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvement on campaigns and platform design client interface, and maximize digital channels for client acquisition and lead generation.

Actively manage the functional performance platform and lead funnel performance leveraging on a data-first approach.

Understand fall-out points throughout the conversion funnel and develop initiatives to optimize conversion.

Manage digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient and optimized allocation of resources and positive return on investment, and the accreditation of suppliers and compliance to internal controls and external rules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, functionality and customer interface, content, development and monitoring, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing and channel management initiatives, and ensure that these meet objectives.

Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and best practices in digital marketing and digital platform performance management.

Responsible for implementing tech marketing stack (and integration) including organic and paid ads (SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, PPC, etc.) Tools for analytics, attribution, and optimization.

Develops and implements digital growth strategy across channels in pursuit of business targets. Continually refines allocation and bidding strategies using available data, score, and models.

Performance management: Establishes team's yardsticks (early indicators) and analyzes and communicates team performance to the team. Coaches team members and conducts regular performance feedback sessions with an emphasis on addressing skill gaps; finds relevant training opportunities for team members, develops career growth opportunities
