Strategy and New Markets Build analysis and insights on markets, competitors, and business / industry trends for Intogreat top executives for decision making
Researching and analyzing data, insights, analytics to identify and define target markets and audiences.
Develop marketing strategies and tactics which will be presented to executives for decision-making
Assist GM of Strategy and GM of Sales in implementing tactics and monitor critical success metrics
Collaborate with related departments such as Strategy and PMO, Operations, Business Development, Executives, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure strategy development and execution and tracking of progress against goals
Ability to immerse oneself in specific verticals & to drive quality content outcomes
Launch marketing campaigns and evaluate performance and deliverables against KPIs
Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research during new region penetration stage, in respect to each country's ethics, culture, customs, etc.
Lead the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects
Work together with GM of Strategy and GM of Commercial partnerships and sales in creating a brand content marketing plan.
Manage and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and other online advertising campaigns.
Sourcing PR opportunities for brands. i.e. brand recognition awards
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Overseeing, approving and reviewing campaigns on social media.
Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns against forecast / budget.
Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
Stay on top of current trends and best practices in Marketing
Manage relationships with Marketing agency partners and other marketing vendors
Meeting marketing goals metrices and KPIs and driving the team towards meeting targets on but not limited to:
o Leads generation and conversion
o SEO rankings and Domain Authority
o Website performance and health
o Paid ads (google and social media) including ROI
o Organic Social growth
o E-mail marketing conversions
Ability & willingness to pivot based on key learnings and campaign results, with the leadership skills to take a entire team on this journey
Perform performance evaluations and coaching ensuring that staff are delivering KPIs
Uplifting staff morale and motivation to ensure highly engaged and productive team
Must be able to lead and mentor a team and drive continuous improvement, foster productive feedback loop
Assist staff on building their long-term development goals and build their personal growth in alignment with company goals.
Manage day-to-day escalations, as required
Manage HR and admin staff related activities
Ad hoc tasks as required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related
At least 7 years proven work experience in B2B marketing.
At least 2 years experience in leadership or supervisory role
Knowledge of Australian/US Marketing environment with at least 2 years experience in AU/US businesses
Thorough knowledge of Paid advertising, SEO, social media and web analytics.
Willingness to be mentored by CMO
Experience and knowledge in B2B environment with specific expertise of client personas, customer challenges and problems, across multiple jurisdictions and verticals
Previous experience working in an environment where Sales & Marketing have worked hand in hand to drive positive business outcomes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Great stakeholder management skills
Exceptional leadership and people management skills
Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
