GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator - Paid Social to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible forimproving paid social media campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. The Schedule:
The Role:
- Support planning and execution across user acquisition channels, including Facebook/IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
- Draw insights from data to guide decisions on optimizations and spending allocation in paid media.
- Apply full-funnel thinking to understand consumer mindsets and strategically approach campaigns.
- Organize notes, action items, and assets across various platforms like Google Drive, Excel, Slack, and Looker.
- Ensure quality control to meet client expectations, including adherence to naming conventions, ad copy alignment, and deadlines.
- Continuously optimize ad performance by adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative elements based on real-time data analysis.
The Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with FB/IG (Meta) and TikTok ads
- E-commerce knowledge
- Familiarity with Meta Advantage Shopping Campaigns
- Strong understanding of media metrics, formulas, and basic marketing concepts; proactive and detail-oriented with proven experience in managing paid social campaigns
Nice to have:
- Google and/or FB certifications
- Experience with Google Data Studio (or similar data platform) is a nice-to-have
- Basic experience with Motion or creative/media buyer analyicts platform is a nice-to-have
- Experience working w/ multiple clients (at the same time)
- Some experience in SEO would be great (not a priority)
