GrowthAssistant is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage Google Business accounts for over 250 physical locations using SOCi for an aesthetic services industry!
Key responsibilities include updating business hours, managing the marketing inbox, responding to client inquiries, and escalating issues as needed. The role also involves supporting updates on WordPress, assisting with project management tasks in Monday.com, and collaborating in marketing team meetings on various initiatives. Additional ad hoc tasks will be assigned by managers, with training and standard operating procedures provided.

Core Tasks
- Manage Google Business accounts for approx 250+ brick and mortar physical locations via SOCi (we will train you on using SOCi)
- Update business hours across locations
- Manage marketing inbox, respond to common client questions and escalate issues
- Support updates across WordPress
- Assist with project management admin in Monday
- Join marketing team meetings to collaborate across marketing initiatives
- Various ad hoc tasks assigned by managers (training or SOPs to be provided)
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing coordination / project management
- Experience with Google Business Profiles (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with Monday.com or similar PM tool
- Excellent English with communication skills; ability to respond to customer emails
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Basic editing skills in any design platform for simple edits like adding QR codes, resizing, etc,
- Ability to work US CST
