Digital Marketing Associate

• Oversee all activities of the brand's social media platforms
  

• Prepare monthly analytics on assigned brand/product FB pages and other platforms
  

• Answer inquiries, comments and reviews.
  

• Place ads and comments to other pages to uplift the presence of ATC and its brands
  

• Interact with clients on the phone, internet, viber, face to face in a professional manner.
  

• Meet all customer needs and exceed expectations.
  

• Accurately answer question and address client concerns.
  

• Maintains constant conversation with netizens through messaging or comments
  

• Suggest additional products of use to clients.
  

• Conduct administrative task such as copying and filing.
  

• Packing of online orders for delivery.
  
  Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
