Why this role exists
This position exists to establish and maintain a strong digital presence while ensuring smooth operational flow for this growing luxury furniture brand. As the business expands, there's a need for dedicated support to manage social media presence, customer communications, and administrative tasks, allowing the artisan founder to focus on craftsmanship and design. The role will be crucial in building brand awareness and maintaining the high-touch customer experience the studio is known for.
The Impact you'll make
Digital Presence Management
- Create and manage content across social media platforms
- Update website content and product listings
- Write and publish blog posts using provided topics
- Explore and implement TikTok strategy
Customer Experience
- Monitor and respond to Etsy store inquiries
- Manage customer reviews and feedback
- Handle appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain professional communication across all channels
Administrative Support
- Manage calendar and schedule appointments
- Organize and prioritize email communications
- Prepare documentation for meetings
- Coordinate with partners and vendors
Content Creation
- Develop engaging social media content
- Assist in email campaign creation
- Create blog content using AI tools when appropriate
- Maintain brand voice across all platforms
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of social media management experience
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (preferably Etsy)
- Experience with content creation and management
- Proficiency with Squarespace or similar website platforms
- Track record of successful administrative coordination
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday from 1 PM to 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
- 20 hours per week
Compensation:
- $7 per hour
