The Digital Marketing Associate plays a key role in supporting the digital marketing strategies and campaigns of Asian Consulting Group Inc.. This position involves executing digital marketing plans, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing online presence to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all web, SEO, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and monitor the Social Media Platforms of ACG and TaxWhizPH if necessary
- Measure and report performances of all social media engagements, marketing campaigns and assess effectiveness based on the targets and KPI.
- Identify trends, insights and optimize expenditures of the Marketing team.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Contribute to strategizing and managing digital platforms of ACG and TWPH
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team in building marketing plans, executing marketing initiatives and enhancing the brand and identity of ACG to generate leads.
- Recommend creative builds in line with brand guidelines and marketing plan
- Manage analytics and promotional boostings online
- Support in-house creative production for TV shows, digital shows, webinars and contents
- Recommend digital avenues ACG can explore for client lead generation
- Write/Edit press releases, feature articles, scripts, and marketing contents that highlights the initiatives, advocacies, engagements, and promotional materials of Asian Consulting Group (ACG) and TaxWhizPH (TWPH)
- Produce letters, proposals, and presentations for networks & partnerships and business development;
- Manage and develop website contents & digital marketing;
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Associate (DMA)
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, social media and campaigns
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and designing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Familiarity with web design is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
