The Digital Marketing Associate supports in executing online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business objectives.
This role involves assisting with various digital marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's brand image and objectives.
Identifies target audiences, trends, and emerging platforms to ensure the company's presence is relevant and up-to-date.- Assists in the creation and scheduling of digital content across various platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email newsletters.
Monitors and engages with audiences on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conducts keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
Assists with the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including creating strategies, campaign and content calendars, and analyzing digital campaign performance.- Produces visual assets, such as images, videos, and infographics, for digital marketing initiatives.
Supports the implementation of paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, among others, including ad creation, targeting, and budget management.
- Monitors digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates, and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Stays up-to-date on digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments, and share insights with the team to inform strategy decisions.- Assists with administrative tasks related to digital marketing operations, such as organizing files, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Provides general support to the team as needed, contributing ideas, offering feedback, and assisting with ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English
At least 2 years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms, including social media, email marketing and SEO.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Previous experience setting up and managing existing business accounts/pages on Facebook is required.
- Exposure to digital and multi-media planning and implementation.
Willing to work in Quezon City.
