Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration majoring in Finance, Marketing, and/or Management.
Proficient in MS Office and its applications, digital marketing, and marketing research.- Possesses at least 2 years of experience in marketing and/or digital advertising.
Experienced in market research and sales analysis, input strategy on manufacturing and/or distribution, computer applications, social media, and digital literacy.
- Proficiency in copywriting and content creation is essential, with experience developing content for both print and digital media channels.
Demonstrates strong time management skills with a proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:- Serve as the designated point of contact, responsible for receiving and coordinating customer orders to the GHC plant, managing after-sales concerns, and addressing queries on e-commerce and all social media platforms.
Manage community engagement across all social media pages, promptly responding to comments and DMs to resolve general customer queries and after-sales concerns.
- Generate and assist in producing regular marketing analytics reports.
Collaborate with the digital team to write copy for social media posts, develop corporate communications for Marketing & Business Development, and edit PR articles.- Enhance brand equity and support CSR initiatives by monitoring daily social media videos to identify opportunities from viral or regular content related to the brand.
