The Sales and Social Media Director will drive online sales growth and build brand awareness across digital platforms. This hybrid role combines expertise in online sales, affiliate marketing, and social media management to expand Vibeassage's reach. You'll create and manage sales campaigns, build relationships with affiliates and influencers, and oversee content creation for various social media and advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Strategy
Sales Growth: Drive online sales and identify key strategies for sales growth through affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and e-commerce platforms.
Campaign Development: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
Data Analysis: Use analytics to track and optimize campaign performance, assess ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales goals.
Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate Program Management: Establish, manage, and grow an affiliate marketing program to attract brand advocates and maximize product reach.
Relationship Building: Collaborate with affiliates and influencers to build brand partnerships, provide promotional materials, and monitor their sales impact.
Commission Tracking: Manage affiliate accounts, track sales, and oversee timely payout processes.
Social Media Management
Content Creation: Plan, create, and manage engaging content that resonates with Vibeassage's target audience, highlighting the product's benefits in real-life applications.
Video Editing: Create short, impactful videos for product launches, testimonials, and promotions, emphasizing the Vibeassage's functionality and benefits.
Community Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, engage with comments, and build relationships with followers to foster a supportive online community.
E-commerce and Online Sales Channels
Online Sales Platforms: Oversee sales on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
SEO Optimization: Work with SEO best practices to improve search engine ranking and visibility of Vibeassage's website and product pages.
Product Listings and Reviews: Manage product descriptions, gather and utilize customer reviews, and ensure product listings are up-to-date and appealing.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in a sales, digital marketing, or social media management role, preferably with experience in health, wellness, fitness, or a related industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in social media platforms, e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon), and affiliate marketing tools.
Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and CRM platforms.
Creative and Analytical: Strong creative instincts with a strategic mindset able to adapt and adjust campaigns based on performance data.
Excellent Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills able to craft persuasive content for sales and social media.
Self-Motivated: Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and driving projects with minimal oversight.
