Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cebu for a Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist. The Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns and supporting sales efforts. This role requires strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and lead generation. The Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist will work closely with marketing and projects teams to create and execute marketing plans that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and lead generation.
• SEO & SEM knowledge and experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the real estate sales industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Has own laptop/ipad and smartphone
