Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketer with 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience to join our team. We need a rockstar who can drive results, think outside the box, and take our digital marketing efforts to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive sales, generate leads, and increase brand awareness across various online channels.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to drive sales and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns that effectively target and engage potential customers throughout the buyer's journey.
Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplaces to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.- Utilize marketing automation platforms to create personalized customer journeys, nurture leads, and optimize conversion rates.
Create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, videos, and email newsletters, that aligns with the sales process and addresses the needs of potential customers.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing objectives, such as lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI), and use insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
Track and manage leads, prospects, and customers using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring that relevant data is captured and utilized effectively to drive sales.- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and sales, and recommend new strategies and tools to improve performance.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on sales and marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
Experience with managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, etc.- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
