We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional that geeks out on anything Digital, thrives in a collaborative workplace, has an unrelenting drive to keep learning and exploring all things digital, and sees himself/herself in this profession for the long haul.
If this is you, and if you have had at least 2 to 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, particularly in Digital Media Planning, Buying & Analysis -- then this job might just be perfect for you.
You must have at least 1 to 2 years experience in:
- Google Ads
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint / Google Slides
Nice to have (at least one year):
- Google Analytics
- Google Looker Studio or any other data visualization tool
The right person for this role must have:
- 2 to 4 years cumulative experience in Digital Marketing
- Ideally, within that 2-4 years, he/ she would already have had experience working in the capacity of a digital media planner, buyer or digital media analyst
- Know and understand the fundamentals of Digital Media
- Be passionate about building clients business, and has a deep appreciation for performance-driven results
- Have handled gaming or gamification campaigns and app installs and usage campaigns (a plus!)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy constantly being challenged
- Thrive in an environment of high collaboration, but is also comfortable working independently
- Experience in a Digital Media Agency is a PLUS.
Your day to day:
- Develops integrated digital media strategies across digital platforms, primarily, Facebook, Google Display, YouTube, Tiktok, and others as deemed necessary.
- Creates and manages digital campaign budgets.
- Implements digital media plans.
- Briefs Creatives Team on materials needed for the ads.
- Works with internal teams to determine campaign KPIs and deliverables.
- Tracks, monitors, and optimizes digital media campaigns.
- Analyzes campaign metrics, prepares performance reports, and provides recommendations.
- Stays up to date with the latest digital trends and works collaboratively with the Digital Team
- Does other tasks and adhoc requirements which may be assigned to him or her.
