Job Summary
- Leads the creation and implementation of integrated digital marketing campaigns of the digital loan products of DEIG. These marketing initiatives should result in top of mind awareness and wider adoption of our Digital Loans products.
How will you contribute
- Develop a brand strategy to ensure that the digital loans of the Bank are top of mind and resonate with current and potential customers
- Have oversight and manage digital touchpoints to ensure that content are up-to-date, relevant, and is true to the brand
- Plan and execute all digital marketing including social media ads, conversion campaigns, and other advertising initiatives
- Design, build and sustain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify actionable consumer insights and market trends to supplement business and campaign planning
- Organize and present data driven analyses, initiatives and post mortems
- Build and align influencer executions with the overall brand and digital strategy
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with cross functional teams i.e.data science, UX, credit risk, in exchanging ideas to grow the digital loans business of the bank
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
What will make you successful
- Degree in marketing-related courses, A master's degree is an advantage
- Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, and growth marketing
- Familiar with client & agency relationships
- Data-driven with a clear understanding of data, analytics, business metrics, user metrics, and statistics
- With at least 5 years of working experience in brand management and digital marketing
- Experience from FMCG, Fintech or Lending, Consumer Financing or Telco
