MAIN PURPOSE
The Digital Executive spearheads digital marketing and content management for all brands under the Prestige Division.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the development and implementation of all brand paid, owned, and earned media.
Develops the communication and media strategy of brand and platform-driven campaigns and activations online.
Acts as key point person in collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure execution of digital marketing plans.
Optimizes paid advertising campaigns daily/weekly/monthly by collaborating and coordinating with media agencies/suppliers.
Assists in onsite placements and other retailer asset requests to maximize presence on their platforms.
Manages all digital expenses and ensures this is within the allotted digital marketing budget.
Analyzes various digital media KPIs and metrics and reports relevant learnings and opportunities to the team.
Assists in implementing CRM campaigns online.
Stays up-to-date with every-changing trends within the industry.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course;
b) Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives;
c) Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the Company from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated of a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts, Advertising, Marketing, Management, Business or other relevant fields
Has experience working in a digital agency for at least 2-5 years
Knowledgeable and experienced with social media management (Facebook and Instagram), working with media suppliers to run digital ad campaigns, analyzing data from digital platforms and ad campaigns (Facebook Insights, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Adwords), implementing and monitoring e-commerce campaigns to drive online sales, attributing and driving conversions (with FB/IG pixel, utm tags, SEO/website optimization, deriving ROAS), and applying best practices across digital content materials and website development.
Strong writing skills and ability to adhere to a brand voice
Proficient with Photoshop and social media scheduling & insight tools
Excellent critical-thinking skills and communication skills both oral and written
Ability to perform multiple tasks and projects within a time frame
Ability to track and adapt to maximize traffic conversion and engagement
Highly organized and proactive self-er with an attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude who can effectively prioritize and manage multiple creative projects
