Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist for Decathlon Philippines, you'll be providing the best care for our customers via, email, calls, and/or through our social media channels. To put it simply, the most important part of your role is to ensure that all customers leave delighted with our products and your service. As a Digital Customer Support Specialist, you'll be helping to answer and resolve our customer queries and go the extra mile to ensure they have everything they need to practice their favorite sports

Your role is to ensure that you connect and interact with the customers and users (inbound and outbound) to give the best customer service experience by offering and providing different solutions, with precise and thorough information to live with our policy and make them satisfied or satisfied.

More importantly, as a Digital Customer Support Specialist of Decathlon PH, you will help establish Decathlon's reputation as a company that offers top-of-the-line customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures via phone and online customer relationship platforms.

What you will do!

  • Ensure to be the liaison between the customer support team, fulfillment, delivery, post-delivery, and all the business units to improve customer satisfaction and productivity
  • Play an active role in defining future directions of the online customer journey.
  • You are responsible for all digital interactions (Marketplace) either via calls, email, live chat and other channels
  • You will assist customers with services on offer and decathlon policies for both online and in-store experiences.
  • Use a variety of Decathlon systems to respond to customer requests and resolve issues.
  • Update the internal database (from all channels) with complete information about issues and useful discussions and maintain reports on customer inquiries, responses, and feedback to develop customer service analytics and trends
  • You will promote the spirit of service in the organization through all communication and interactions
