MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Digital Commerce is a strategic growth channel for Unilever. In the next few years, we expect high growth in this channel, as has been the case in previous years. The Digital Commerce Key Customer Manager will make this possible by designing, pioneering and delivering channel growth plans in online platforms.
JOB SUMMARY:
Drive growth of Unilever brands and categories in the platforms of our digital commerce partners
Lead the development and delivery of plans with key retailers built upon shopper insights, planned and executed flawlessly. This requires a deep understanding of what unique value Unilever brings to the trade.
Ensure strong performance in retailer and brand-driven campaigns by overseeing the end to end process, from ideation to execution to performance evaluation.
Ensuring perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment across platform, visibility of products online
Responsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient online operations, and competitive growth
Drive thought leadership in d-Commerce with our customers.
Co-create content and programs for ecommerce that will deliver significant growth to both Unilever and their partners
Co-create and execute the full year activity calendar for B2C retailers: brand and category led campaigns, retailer led special events/campaigns. This would require working with cross functional teams, creative agencies and customers/retailers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2-5 years of work experience in Digital / E- commerce in a marketing or sales capacity
Is learned in key online platform/ media KPIs and associated analytics
Has background in digital and/or performance marketing
FMCG exposure is a plus
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
Highly operational with high attention to details
Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast changing environment
Bachelor's Degree
