As a Digital Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing digital campaign execution, ensuring operational processes run smoothly, and providing accurate inventory and availability forecasts. You'll coordinate display and media creative post-sale, maintain high standards of quality, and work closely with external creative agencies and vendors. Your ability to optimize campaign performance and provide timely reports will ensure successful digital marketing outcomes for the team.

Paving the Way to Campaign Excellence!
- Bring exceptional attention to detail to all tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy in operational processes.
- Monitor and enforce campaign management business rules for all campaigns.
- Utilize inventory-forecasting tools to provide detailed availability information when required.
- Coordinate all display, EDM, native, and new media creative post-sale, ensuring creative quality by enforcing standard policies and procedures.
- Consult clearly and effectively with external creative agencies, vendors, and operational teams.
Campaign Setup, Reporting, Optimization, and Insights
- Implement and manage the delivery of online advertising campaigns across REA Group sites in a timely and accurate manner according to the contract/insertion order.
- Troubleshoot ad creative issues affecting campaign delivery or performance.
- Provide screenshots of campaigns when launched.
- Deliver both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders.
- Recommend campaign and creative execution strategies to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Own the performance of your campaigns and serve as a valuable resource to account managers.
- Manage ongoing campaign performance: flag underperformance, inform stakeholders of creative change recommendations, and create and process re-allocations, optimizations, and media schedules.
Operations and Customer Service
- Serve as an effective point of contact between external customers, sales, and operational teams.
- Ensure that campaign information is easily accessible to all customers.
- Review and provide feedback on new processes, tools, and product releases to improve operational efficiency.
- Proactively drive knowledge sharing, innovation, and efficiency within the Operations team.
Requirements
Bringing Your Digital A-Game!
- Prior experience in marketing, digital media, or an equivalent discipline.
- Solid understanding of the broader media landscape and technologies.
- Experience in trafficking CPM, CPC, CPA, and sponsorship campaigns.
- Familiarity with online ad serving technology and tools.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Basic skills in HTML5, JavaScript, and debugging.
- Working knowledge of data management platforms (a plus).
- Ability to approach tricky situations with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Capacity to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- 1+ years of experience in trafficking online campaigns or prior experience in digital ad operations, digital media, or an equivalent field.
- Working knowledge of Dart for Publishers (DFP), Salesforce, and/or SAS IA.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
