Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital branding strategies that align with the overall brand objectives.
- Manage the company's digital footprint, including website(s), social media profiles, mobile apps, and other digital channels.
- Ensure that all online properties reflect the brand's values, messaging, and visual identity.
- Develop engaging and relevant digital content that resonates with the target audience and reinforces the brand's message.
- Monitoring online conversations and reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital branding and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital branding campaigns across platforms such as display ads, social media ads, native ads, and video ads to increase brand visibility and generate leads or sales.
- Utilizing digital analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, and customer demographics to measure the effectiveness of digital branding efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align digital
- branding strategies with overall business goals.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance metrics and present findings to the management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- At least one (1) year related work experience.
- Proficiency in creative skills such as graphic design, copywriting, and content creation is valuable for developing compelling brand visuals and messaging across digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary for interpreting data, tracking key performance metrics, and optimizing digital branding strategies based on insights and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different digital platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, email marketing software, analytics platforms, and graphic design software, is important.
- The ability to think strategically and develop long-term digital branding strategies aligned with business goals and target audience preferences is crucial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying brand messaging and engaging with internal teams, external partners, and target audiences.
- Strong project management skills are necessary for planning, executing, and managing digital branding initiatives, campaigns, and projects effectively.
- Should be adaptable to change and demonstrate creativity in developing innovative digital branding solutions.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, content, and technology teams, is important for executing integrated digital branding strategies.
- A keen eye for detail is necessary for maintaining brand consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
