Job Responsibilities:
Plans, creates and executes cohesive campaigns and content calendar to cover across digital platforms: web, website, social media and e-newsletters.
Develops, implements, and manages marketing campaigns promoting the company's products and services, enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and build a loyal following of craft spirit enthusiasts.
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence both locally and in international markets.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing
Helps identify and taps suggested bloggers, vloggers, and media influencers aligned with the brand
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and works closely with the sales and marketing team with shared reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing and Director of Sales.
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion (to sales) tests.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluates emerging technologies.
Assists and Performs other tasks related to marketing, graphic designs, events and promotions, when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
Proficient in marketing automation tools
Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Strong project management skills
Preferably with some working knowledge of spirits, craft cocktails and the needs of F&B operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to clearly articulate our brand narrative with passion and enthusiasm.
Job Details: Full time. Based in Metro Manila; occasional reporting to the distillery in Calamba, Laguna. Reports to Director of Brand Marketing and Director of Sales. Highly competitive salary.
