The Digital Agent is responsible for facilitating communication between the Voice Agent and customers or potential leads who prefer digital interaction channels such as email or SMS.
The primary objective is to identify the responsible party for utility usage and establish an account or disconnect the services.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in handling email, SMS and chat support.- Proficient in written communication via email and SMS, demonstrating the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a digital setting.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze situations, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Adaptability to changing circumstances and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
