Keeps the Head Dietitians informed of daily activities and problems encountered.- Supervises the cleanliness and orderliness of the department.
Checks the diet list
Prepares food production request and cook's guide- Records patients census daily
Supervises food preparation and check dishing out of food
- Prepares tube feeding formula
Accepts telephone calls and inquires Wards rounds and dietary counselling
