JOB DESCRIPTION- As a Diesel Mechanic, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation of vehicles within our fleet. Your main duties involve diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, vital for efficient fleet management. This full-time, on-site position demands a medium to heavy workload, requiring your dedication from Monday to Saturday. Serving as a pivotal figure in our fleet management team, you'll undertake both station-based work and field assignments, sometimes necessitating the use of public or company-provided transportation for vehicle rescues. Reporting directly to the Fleet Manager, you'll work closely with colleagues and the operations department to maintain our fleet's reliability and performance.
Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Candidates must hold a minimum certification of Automotive Servicing NC II issued by TESDA.
Must have a minimum of two years experience servicing heavy-duty trucks, preferably including HOWO models, and trailer maintenance.- Must have an intermediate proficiency level in competencies such as automotive maintenance and fleet operations.
The role involves regular fieldwork particularly in servicing vehicles outside the place of work, thus requiring a willingness to embark on service trips as necessary.

- JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoots vehicle issues
- Receives the work/service/job orders for corrective, and preventive maintenance
Inspects, and receives material.- Performs service tasks that are particular to mechanical works of a heavu duty vehicle
Prepares appropriate reports
- Facilitates the conduct of material issuance
Performs rescue operations to vehicles- Performing other duties as assigned from time to time.
