Job Description:- Design, build, and maintain efficient large-scale systems.
- Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement.
- Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
- Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.
Preferred Technical Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of UNIX (Solaris) and Linux operating systems. Ability to perform installations, upgrades, and patch updates.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and host configurations.
- Experience in clustering technologies including Veritas, Red Hat Cluster and Vmware vSphere.
- Knowledge of RAID, Veritas Storage Foundation, DNS, NFS, FTP, SSH, Shell Programming,
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL and PostgreSQL) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python, Go Programming language is a plus.
- Knowledge of open source monitoring system is a plus, such as zabbix, prometheus.
- Knowledge of open source loging system is a plus, such as ELK solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation practices is a plus.
- Qualifications:
- Preferably with the Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related courses.
- Knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Must have a professional and supportive attitude

- Must have good communication and presentation skills
- Must have knowledge and/or interest in technology
- Must have the motivation to help others
- Must have an analytical skill to identify the underlying principles, reasons or facts of information by breaking down information or data on separate parts
- Added advantages:
Good understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and its internals- Apart from shell scripting(sh/bash), proficient with one other programminglanguage(Python/Ruby/Go/Perl)
Previous work with monitoring solutions (Zabbix, Nagios, NewRelic and etc).
- Understanding and experience in at least one CI/CD pipeline(Jenkins/Travis/CircleCI/Gitlabetc.)
Hands-on experience with at least one configuration management software(Ansible/Chef/Puppet)- Experience with setting up Logging (e.g. ELK) and Monitoring(e.g. Prometheus) solutions
Hands-on experience with cloud service providers(at least one of GCP, AWS)
- Can work 6 days a week (8hrs work time) / Morning - Mid shift.
