Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays,
6AM-3PM Central European Time
1PM-10PM Asia/Manila
11PM-8AM Central Standard Time
Salary Range: 1000-1500 USD (subject to evaluation of experience and skill level)
As our
Development Quality Assurance Manager, you'll ensure our web projects meet the highest standards. You'll lead the team in testing and refining projects, ensuring they exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Ensure every project leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Customer Growth: Encourage clients to upgrade and stick with us longer.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the QA process for all web development projects within your team.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor your development team in best practices and QA processes.
- Version Control: Manage code using tools like GitHub.
Must-Haves:
- Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ability to create modern web pages with an emphasis on performance and responsive design. Experience with a modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) is also beneficial.
- CMS Expertise: Hands-on experience with a CMS e.g. Shopify, WordPress, HubSpot or Webflow. Ability to customise themes, manage plugins, and optimise performance within these platforms.
- Page Builders: Proficiency with popular page building tools like Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi would be very beneficial along with ability to create custom layouts and troubleshoot issues within these environments.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git for version control, including branch management, merging, and collaborating via platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Quality Assurance: Experience leading a team and/or implementing QA processes in a web development setting would be fantastic. Familiarity with automated testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
Nice-to-Haves:
- UI/UX Design Tools: Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to work closely with designers to translate mockups into functional code.
- JavaScript Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular for more dynamic, single-page applications.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience leading or mentoring junior developers. Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
