Developers are often responsible for deploying their code to servers or platforms, ensuring that the software is accessible to users.
Developers may be responsible for providing support to end-users, helping them troubleshoot issues, and answering their questions. Security and Compliance

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or any Technology/ Programming courses
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Interested in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing current features and functionalities of the system
Ability to learn new tools and technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create documentation (docs, sheets)
Understanding and experience of Web Technologies (Cloud/Amazon Web Services, Jira, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java)
Understanding and experience in tools of ITIL support framework to ensure strong understanding of processes
Experience in creating logic flow charts and process diagrams based on client's need- At Least 2-3 years of experience in supporting Salesforce / JIRA platform
