Qualifications:- Graduate of 4-year Information Technology or any related courses
6 months to 1 year experience- Knowledgeable in Microsoft products including Operating Systems and Application Tools is an advantage
Willing to be trained
- Willing to travel to other sites for field support
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Installing configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Provide support or assistance in current and incoming projects of IT, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Providing technical support across the company or the client.
