Desktop Support Engineer

Qualification:

1. Preferably an IT or Computer Engineering Graduate, but other courses are welcome to apply so long as they are equipped with the required skills for the position
2. Proficient in both Oral and written Communication.
3. Highly skilled with MS Office Tools.
4. Has a background on Citrix, VDI, Network and Voice technologies.
5. Must have an experience of at least 2 years in the IT field.
6. IT Vendor Certifications is not a requirement.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Drive the implementation of BIT's Ticketing policy for all Service Requests.
2. Strictly monitors the closure of all service requests within the required SLA.
3. Attend and represent the location on outage calls hosted by company Crisis Management Team.
4. Asset Management of the Tower.
5. Drive the Compliance of all systems to the Security Postures set by the Organization.
