Our client is a full-stack agency focused on mission-driven brands. They've worked with some of the fastest growing ecommerce companies in the world. They are looking for their next designer to build beautiful websites and landing pages designed to convert.
You'll play a critical role and work directly with the CEO.
Need to have qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a designer with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing pages
- Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce design projects, including landing pages, static ads, and proposals.
- 2+ years of experience in Figma for design and prototyping.
- 1+ year of experience with A/B testing and data-driven design optimization.
- 1+ year of experience integrating brand elements into performance marketing strategies.
- Ability to handle feedback gracefully and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Great English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Availability to work North American time zones (Eastern or Pacific)
Nice to have:
- Experience with health and wellness e-commerce brands.
- Experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development.
- Experience with A/B testing tools (ie. Convert.com, Optimizely, VWO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging and high-converting e-commerce funnels, landing pages, and static ads with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
- Collaborate with strategists, developers, and other team members to ensure designs align with overall project goals and brand guidelines.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs using Figma.
- Update and create website banners, product images, and other elements for sales and promotions.
- Develop visually appealing proposals in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.g.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices to ensure forward-looking and effective designs.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers.
