DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives and performs daily job instruction/s from his/her supervisor on priority task and carries on the instruction. Follows the procedures and work instructions in the performance of the assigned task.
- Informs his/her supervisor immediately of any problem/s that may encountered in the performance of the assigned task. Prepares project studies and project status reports.
- Initiates daily improvements on the task assigned. Analyzes and recommends solution to solve manufacturing problems.
- Design and drafts new tools. Initiates and monitor the progress of the projects.
- Conduct project studies and prepares project status report with proposed design of new and improved products.
- Coordinates with Process Engineer for the new product during trial production stage.
- Provides Product Specification for new Products
- Initiate New Product Costing
- Establish new production processes for new Products
- Evaluates new samples from supplier
- Establish Inspection Reference Drawings
- Prepares and submits monthly accomplishment report.
REQUIRED COMPETENCY, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDE:
- Knowledgeable in CAD software Knows how to use 2D and 3D software, e.g Solid Works, Solid
- Preferably with knowledge in machine shop, conventional machining and CNC machining.
- Knows how to use measuring instruments
- Knowledge and passion in Firearm is an advantage
- Can work with minimum supervision required
- Can communicate well in written and verbal, both in Filipino and English language
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- License Mechanical Engineer
- Preferably with experience as Design Engineer in a manufacturing industry
- Experience in Lean manufacturing is an advantage

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
