The
Design Architect create plans and gathers design requirements for land development, facilities, amenities and housing projects of the company. Their role is to focus on the style and look of the project while adhering to all building requirements and codes.
- Conduct site visit and surveys to gather information necessary for design development
Check regularly for the updates in the building code, regulations, LGU resolutions and memorandums to ensure compliance of project design drawings- Prepare pre-planning checklist prior the preparation of project design
Research and submit sample conceptual design for vertical and land development projects
- Produce design drawings, specification and other design documents within the the approved schedule
Assign task to BIM Modeler for shop drawings, as-built plan and other minor design drawings- Coordinate and communicate with CSPM Construction Engineer during project development to ensure compliance of the project to design drawings and specifications
Review and recommend project changes, ensuring they align the initial proposal and meet necessary requirement
3 years rank and experience or 2 years supervisory experience
Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
(Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer)- Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 7am to 6pm and every Friday 8am - 5pm
- Work Location: Lot 10A Purok 1 Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna
