Job Description:The position reports directly to the Construction Head. Responsible for Test Fit of Newly Acquired Property, Architectural Drafting and Layout, Management of Design Creation and Development. This includes reviewing and monitoring of Design Standardization, Creation and Development producing regular reports. The applicant should have knowledge in various computer applications especially, Microsoft Word, Excel, Auto Cad, Sketchup/Revit, or any Architectural 3D Software and should be well-versed in reading Plans and Specifications.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
l Produce Test Fit on a given Site Survey / Lot Plan
l Manage Design Standardization
l Manage Design Creation for New and Existing Sites
l Manage Design Development for on-going store construction
l Perform basic architectural revision thru CAD Drafting or 3D Creation
l Provides input and ideas on Design Improvements and Value Engineering
Licensed Architect
Proficiency with computer programs including MS Office, Excel, Auto Cad or other 3D Architectural Software
Good Communication Skills
Team player
Ability to work under pressure
Good Time-Management Skills
