Qualifications:-Licensed Mechanical Engineer
-With minimum 3-4 years experience in Design, Construction , Project Management of condominium projects related to engineering (MEPFS) works
-Can comprehend plans, designs
-With excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
-Project and/or construction management skills is a plus
-Knowledgeable in gantt chart ; scheduling
The Planning and Design Senior Officer shall assist in the preparation and review of plans, drawings, and coordination with Designers/Consultants related to engineering drawings (MEPFS) from conceptualization to project turnover and to augment in the day to day activities of the Section/Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be assigned to new projects for producing and reviewing design related items such as concept /schematic design, marketing collaterals, and permit documentation;
- To facilitate in the end-to-end (concept to post construction) Design Management of on-going projects especially related to engineering works (MEPFS).
- Attends coordination, kick off meetings with external consultants and inter-department meetings
- Supervises preparation of drawings and submittals
- Assist in the in-house design of Auxiliary project requirements (interior design, showrooms, landscape and retail, especially needing electromechanical requirements)
- Assist in project post evaluation and punch listing of on-going and /or completed projects
