DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Analyzing plans, bill of quantities, and other project documentation in order to estimate costs
Gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and other related documents- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
Analysing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs- Visit project sites to gather information
Staying aware of the latest construction technologies
- Keeping up to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements
Inputting into decisions over whether to bid for the project- Work closely with key members of the project team and liaising with clients and suppliers
Keeping detailed records and writing reports.
- Must be at least a Mechanical Engineer graduate or any related courses
With knowledge in AutoCAD is a must.
- With HVAC Background, an advantage
Willing to be assigned at Sucat, Paranaque City.
