Deputy Manager ( Travel)

Job Title: Deputy Manager - Operations

Campaign: Travel

Work set-up: Onsite, Bridgetowne Quezon City

Work schedule: Shifting

Salary: PHP 85K-95K

start date: ASAP

At least 4 years of leadership experience

Total 4-5 years travel related experience

GDS knowledge is a plus (Galileo, Sabre etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have Corporate Travel Account experience that is client-facing, preferably with Voice, Email and Chat LOB.

GDS skill on one or more GDS (Amadeus, World span, Sabre, Galileo, and Apollo).

Good understanding of International Ticketing, Exchange, and Refunds.

Good understanding about IATA Rules and regulation, such as; Fare component, Manual fare calculation, Pricing unit, Global Indicator, Indirect Travel Limitation and other Travel Terminologies.

Proficient in speaking in English

Communication Skills

Microsoft Office skills high

Knowledgeable in Quality tools

GDS experience is a plus (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.)

Travel experience of at least 4 years is required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Communicate with employees and customers to ensure prompt and courteous attention to all questions regarding products and services.

Handles and reviews disciplinary actions directly with employees, i.e., verbal warnings, records of discussion, and formal disciplinary documentation.

Continuously coach the team to ensure the individual and team performance goals are achieved.

Serves as point of escalation for procedural and technical issues and coach staff regarding how to effectively resolve the issue(s)

Tracks and monitors team performance; provides feedback.

Conducts formal performance appraisals of direct reports and prepares and communicates performance reviews and development recommendations.

Send daily reports to clients if required.
