Duties & Responsibilities:- Secured the NVC documents from the applicant once the Receipt Notice is available including the dependent requirements and fees.
Timely endorsement of NVC documents to the US team.- Timely coordination of updates and movement to the applicant and the US team.
Monitoring of applicants case status and updates.
- Coordinates and verifies the depends of the applicant prior to projected approval of Petition.
Once the Fee Bill is available request the payment within the day of receipt unless it falls on the weekend.- Once the DS-260 is open, ensure that it will be accomplished within 2 days
Accomplished DS-260 should be endorsed to the immigration lawyer for review.
- Upon availability of the immigration lawyer's comment, it should be relayed to the applicant the same day.
Ensure that the applicant submits the DS-260 the same day from the date of receipt of the email from the handler.- Once submitted by the applicant, the handler should inform the US team and advise the submission of the civil document to the NVC.
The NVC handler should endorse the applicant to the Deployment handler once the applicant's status becomes PDQ.
- The NVC handler should also ensure that the applicant's driver's license is available during the NVC stage.
The handler should monitor the response time of each applicant, following the rule for the UNRESPONSIVE applicant- Coordination of car acquisition and juice card availment should be relayed and planned by the applicant.
NVC handler should coordinate the car acquisition and juice card availment to the respective point person of each partner.
- Timely updating of Pipeline, tracker, and quickbase.
Weekly reports should be readily available and updated every Thursday.- Conduct orientation with the applicants with approved Petition.
Responsible for responding to email, chat, and call from applicants, other units, and the US team.
- NVC handler should be available for another task that may be assigned to him/her by his/her immediate supervisor and/or head from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably HRDM or BS Psychology.
At least one (1) year of related experience in handling people and with background in HR.- Good written and oral English communication skills
Proactive, Goal - driven, and Result Oriented
- Ability to do Time management and multitasking
Ability to do Research and Discovery- Knowledgeable about the policy and process of the National Visa Center
Organize and keen on details
- With good customer service skills
Adoptive, honest, transparent, and has integrity- Amenable to work onsite in Malate Manila. 9am to 6pm
