Job Description

Job Descriptions;
  • Scheduling meetings.
Organizing files and providing information to callers.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and forms.
Manage current agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Document expenses and financial information.
Maintain confidential information, file and store them accordingly.
  • Organize and distribute messages to the appropriate team members.
  • Job Qualifications;
Must have bachelor's degree in 4years course
  • Experience in Secretary is an advantage
Willing to relocate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Can manage Microsoft Calendar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
  • The ability to organize your time and workload.
Ability to Multitask
  • Administrative skills and experience
Be flexible and open to change
  • The ability to work alone and in a team environment in a professional manner

Job Type: Full-time
