Job Summary:
The Department Manager oversees the daily operations and staff of a specific functional area within a McDonald's restaurant, such as front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or maintenance. They ensure all departmental tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule the shifts of crew members within the assigned department
- Train and develop department staff on proper procedures, equipment use, and customer service
- knowledgeable on ordering system, pm/bm , Lsm and inventoey system is a must.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, supplies, and equipment for the department
- Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks within the department's operations
- Ensure the department meets or exceeds established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
- Communicate effectively with the Restaurant General Manager and other department managers
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and lead by example
- Assist with other restaurant duties and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of prior experience working in a McDonald's restaurant
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively train, motivate, and manage a team of crew members
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
-Ability to pass all audit such as people audit, training Audit , food safety audit, RGR and all government requirement
- Flexible schedule to accommodate opening, closing, and weekend shifts as needed
