- Bachelor's degree of Engineering courses i.e EE, ECE, IE, and the like
At least 5 years or more experience in a managerial level in a semiconductor company- With excellent in communication skills both in writing and verbally
Can work under pressure

Job Description:_
- Develops measurable objectives to be achieve for exceeded annually.
Develops programs of major actions to achieve or exceed objectives.- Generates reports or forecast for production and engineering capacity and manpower requirements.
Recommends to higher management any changes in organization, promotions/dismissals of subordinates and other related action.
- Plan assignments to subordinates so objectives will be achieved or exceeded.
Prepare/recommend for department's monthly budget.- Implement and supervise the carrying out approved plans and programs.
Delegate specific duties and responsibilities so each subordinate (Executives/Sr. Supervisors/Supervisors/Engineers) can make maximum use of their expertise and knowledge. Monitor each subordinates activities and performance.
- Provides guidance and leadership in establishing logical approaches for Process/Equipment Engineers and Productions to solve complex manufacturing problems.
See to it that subordinates complain and inquiries are properly and promptly handled.- Administer company policies.
Conduct regular orientation/guidance to subordinates to develop their skills on related jobs.
- Support organization policies and procedures among organizations.
See to it that records and reports are made to update progress of objectives / programs.- Analyze departments problems / differences for necessary corrective actions.
Generates department's monthly report to management.
- Evaluates and resolved design related production and engineering problems
Manage multiple development and improvement projects in support of manufacturing operations- Works concurrently with designers to recommend the best product configuration for lowest manufacturing cost.

Pay: Php80,- 00 - Php100,000.00 per month
