Client Relationship Management
> Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor and understanding their specific workforce requirements.
> Conduct regular meetings and engage in effective communication to assess client satisfaction, address concerns, and identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
> Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed service expectations.
Account Management
> Take ownership of assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
> Monitor and assess the performance of assigned personnel resources, ensuring they meet client expectations and resolve any performance-related issues promptly.
Business Development
> Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts by offering additional services or addressing new workforce requirements.
> Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans, strategies, and proposals to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.
> Assist in market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential target clients.
> Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote the company's services and establish new business connections.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention
> Monitor client satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and take appropriate actions to address concerns or resolve issues promptly.
> Proactively anticipate client needs, offer proactive solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the engagement.
> Implement strategies to foster long-term client loyalty and retention, focusing on exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Minimum Qualifications
> Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in account management).
> Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
> Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and influence key stakeholders.
> Basic Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
> Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
> Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and resolve conflicts.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
