About the Role: As a Prescription Administrator, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of dental lab workflows, delivering top-notch service to our clients. You'll be an integral part of Evident Digital, a leading Digital Dental Solutions company based in Vancouver. You will support our global customers, including dentists and dental labs, helping them grow their practices with CAD designing, workflow solutions, digital marketing, and AI!

Work setup Full onsite Monday to Friday

Schedule Follows Vancouver Timezon (PST), 11PM to 8AM / 12MN to 9AM

Employment Type Full-time permanent

Office location One World Place, 32nd St., BGC, Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review dental case instructions (Rx) with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure accurate data entry in our Lab Management Software, aligned with dentists notes.
• Collaborate with our Innovation Team and AI experts to develop scalable solutions.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A background in Dentistry, or Dental Technology, providing valuable insights into the field.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision in every task.
• Strong comprehension skills to understand complex dental instructions.
• Availability for night shifts (11 PM to 8 AM or 12 MN to 9 AM PST).
• Willingness to work onsite in the vibrant BGC, Taguig area.
