Job Overview- Close coordination for the for the concerned departments pertaining to forecast (advertisement, promos, tie ups)
Close coordination with the Chef (Operations) for the cycle menu and new product for timely launches and management of special materials.- Provides effective allocation plan among alternatives suppliers.
Helps sustain supply by addressing supply issues.
- Collaborate with procurement for the deliveries from suppliers in accordance with the weekly delivery advice stipulated on the PO.
Monitors stock movement and recommends any additional buffer requirements if there are sales surge or change in menu.- Reviews stocking level of assigned regularly purchased raw materials using the Order Planning Worksheet and prepare Requisition Slip to be submitted to buyers.
Develops an effective MRP plan for all inventory related materials.
- Monitors and manages inventory aging, slow moving and non-moving.
Prepares out of stock report with specific reasons and date of availability and send to Department Heads and Dietary/Cafeteria; Checking availability of items.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in demand planning software and tools. (SAP)
- Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other demand planning software.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Demand Planner, Forecast Analyst, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with demand planning software and tools.- Strong understanding of statistical forecasting techniques and methodologies.
Familiarity with sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other demand planning software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
