Job Description
We are seeking experienced and trustworthy Delivery Truck Drivers for a seasonal role to ensure the safe and timely delivery of high-value goods for our Retail Company Client. This position requires a strong commitment to security and reliability. Successful candidates will join our team for a 3-month period, supporting operations with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maneuver delivery trucks, transporting goods from our facilities to designated locations
- Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery and meet service standards
- Handle high-value products with care, maintaining the security and integrity of cargo during transit
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards
- Accurately complete delivery logs, records, and report any issues or delays promptly
- Follow company and client policies, including safety guidelines, traffic regulations, and load-securing practices
Qualifications
- Must possess a professional driver's license with codes 1, 2, and 3
- Prior experience in delivery or logistics driving preferred
- Physically fit to handle long hours of driving and some loading/unloading activities
- Trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Candidates with an NBI clearance are prioritized, as we value high integrity and thorough background screening
Work Schedule
- Seasonal contract of 3 months
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
