Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver Temenos Wealth Front Office implementations for financial institutions
- Manage and supervise APAC projects from requirements definition through
- deployment, identifying schedules, scope, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- To coordinate and be hands on with developers in ensuring tasks get completed on time within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with client's deliverables
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
- To coordinate with Finance department in tracking the projects financial KPI's
- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
- Develop and maintain partnerships with offshore resourcesincluding analysts, consultants and developers
- Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
- Be hands on and manage issues arising during the relevant projects
Requirements:
- Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- 5 years project delivery experience
- Hands-on and technical experience, on-site troubleshooting when required
- Proven success working with customer stake holders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Domain knowledge in Wealth Management GUI, WTX, Odata, UXP
- A track record in the implementation of the Temenos solutions, in particular WealthSuite
- Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
- Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members capabilities and skill sets
- Technically competent with software programs and programming skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Java, VB and SQL development
