JOB TITLE: Delivery Helper

SUPERVISOR: Head Logistic Dispatcher
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Helper to assist our delivery drivers in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle.
- Ensure that all products are handled with care and delivered in excellent condition.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and communicate any discrepancies to the driver or dispatch.
- Assist with navigating routes and maintaining efficient delivery schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the delivery driver or supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a delivery or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are a plus.
