- Assists truck driver by performing any combination of following tasks: Loads and unloads vehicles by hand or by use of equipment
- Pads, stacks, and secures items in position on truck to prevent damage during shipment.
- Delivers and stacks merchandise on customer's premises and collects payment or obtains receipt for goods.
- Performs other duties as described under HELPER Master Title.
A driver helper's main responsibilities include assisting the driver with loading and unloading the truck, delivering equipment or products to customers and clients, helping drivers navigate to each destination on schedule, and recording delivery logs.
