MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe Delivery Helper is tasked with the following:
- Delivery of Customers Orders
Collections and Reporting- Pick-up of Incoming Stocks (when the needs arise)
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivery of Customers Orders
- Preparing and loading and unloading of goods for delivery to customers and in transferring products and materials from one point to another as required by the job assigned.
Handles and facilitates the receipt and acknowledgment of corresponding delivery or receiving documents such as Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt and transmittals among others.- Counterchecks the goods to be delivered against sales invoice and/or delivery receipts.
Ensures that deliveries are according to schedule and are properly acknowledged and signed by the customer or its authorized representative.
- Loads and unloads all items for pick-up and delivery with utmost care.
Communicates with the Sales Coordinator all the customer questions and/or issues and escalates to the Sales Executive(s) assigned when needed.- Perform other related tasks may be assigned according to business goals and objectives.
Collections and Reporting- Assists in collection of payments from customers as instructed by the concerned personnel such as Cashier, Sales Coordinator and Sales Executive(s) among others.
Settles all cash advances and liquidations daily in case assigned with collections tasks.
- Assists in transmitting delivery and other official company documents to the Head Office.
Transports to Head Office stocks to be picked up by customers or for delivery by Sales personnel.- Perform other related tasks may be assigned according to business goals and objectives.
Pick-up of Incoming Stocks (when the needs arise)
Graduate of at least Senior High School- Preferably with 6 months of related work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Must be flexible in work locations or site assignments as required and according to business goals and objectives
