- Duties and responsibilities include
Conduct inspection of vehicle before departing to deliver products/goods;- Load, transport, and deliver products/goods to customers in a safe and timely manner;
Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes;
- Maintain ongoing communication with Operations/Warehouse Supervisor;
Assist with the loading and unloading of products/goods from vehicles;- Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their order;
Collect customers payments for delivered items;
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints from customers;
Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record;- Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries;
Operate equipment and machines such as trucks, cars, forklifts, etc.;
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Warehouse/Operations Supervisor and/or General Manager.
